How Paul and his office can help with your damp and timber survey
As an independent surveyor Paul has no financial interest in your survey results. You receive a comprehensive and unbiased report on the true extent of any damage. Whether you are a home owner or a commercial business your property is likely to be one of your largest investments, that’s why it is essential for you to use an independent surveyor.
About Paul Hamilton
Paul's experience in the remedial industry spans some 40 years. He started as a remedial technician at the age of twenty, and then 1992 established his own remedial treatment company. He relinquished all financial interest in this company when he became an independent surveyor in 2001. In January 2007 he became the first independent surveyor of the Property Care Association (P.C.A.) formerly the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association (B.W.P.D.A).
Paul has served on the board of the Property Care Association for some six years and is also an examiner of the Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (C.S.T.D.B.). As an Independent Surveyor he has a vast experience within the industry and is employed by the general public, specifiers, and property developers to survey and diagnosing damp and timber defects in all types of properties, from flats and mid terraces to Graded/Listed buildings.
